We are providers for Northeast Delta Dental and United Concordia. As a courtesy to our patients we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf but ultimately the responsibility is the patients.

- What are your office hours?

We are available to see patients Monday and Tuesday 8:00AM to 7:00PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Friday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
- What kind of payment plans do you have?

We expect all patient portions and deductibles are paid at the time of service. We do this to keep costs down for all of our patients. Usually the co-pay is a close estimate but in some cases an additional amount will be due. In the circumstance of a large treatment financial arrangements can be discussed.
